What is new in the Apex Pro Gen 3?

The Apex Pro Gen 3 has several updates to both our software and hardware. Protection Mode, a SteelSeries exclusive feature, helps you avoid any misclicks in game and GG QuickSet offers gamers presets for the games you love. These presets will share optimized settings, based on the specific game selected. On the hardware front, we are introducing the OmniPoint 3.0 Hall Effect Switch, which includes the latest and greatest Hall Effect Sensors. We have improved our switch stabilizers to reduce key wobble, and implemented per key lubrication for improved key glide. Lastly, we have added a triple-layer sound dampening foam solution, to provide a thockier-sounding keypress.

GG QuickSet's per-game presets take the guesswork out of setting up your keyboard with prebuilt, optimized settings for thr games you love. Presets will include recommended settings for features like Rapid Trigger, RGB Lighting, Per Key Actuation, and more. GG QuickSet scans for installed games and recommends presets for supported titles, automatically applying per-key actuation, Rapid Trigger, and Lighting settings optimized for each game. Easy.
